What Youll Do
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of a residential home
- Mentor and develop Direct Support Professionals
- Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
- Create a positive supportive environment for individuals served and your team
Qualifications
â High school diploma or equivalent required
â Associates or bachelors degree in human services or a related field preferred
â Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting
â Previous supervisory or management experience required
â Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
