Chiller Service Technicians

Job Details:

Work Schedule: Heavy overtime in summer months with guaranteed 40 hours in winter months

Locations: Orlando FL and Tampa FL

Hourly Rate:$45-$55 per hour based on experience

Chiller Technician Duties:

• Install maintain and repair chillers and other refrigeration systems
• Inspect and test components to ensure they are working properly
• Conduct regular maintenance to minimize downtime
• Support sales and service team with estimating scheduling and coordinating projects
• Follow safety protocols and procedures

Chiller Technician Requirements:

• 10 years of dedicated commercial/industrial HVAC service
• Hands-on expertise with large-scale chillers (500 ton air-cooled 1000 ton water-cooled preferred)
• Factory certifications strongly valued (Daikin Trane York Carrier etc.)
• Experience across multiple industries including healthcare data centers manufacturing hospitality property management and government clients
• Must hold a valid EPA certification
• Able to complete pre-employment screening
