• Answer inbound calls regarding child support receipts and disbursements

• Handle standards in a fast-paced large call volume environment.

• Utilize multiple computerized systems multi-tasking and document each call.

• Respond to Michigan child support inquiries and complaints using a standard script and procedures.

• Gather information and research/resolve inquiries.

• Inform callers about services available and assess callers needs.

• Provide peer-to-peer training for incoming training classes that transition to the call center floor.

• Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.

• Be able to successfully pass a background check and fingerprinting.

• Demonstrate problem-solving skills.

• 1-2 years experience in a call center environment.

• Be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM (words per minute) on a computer.

• Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
