We are seeking Developmental Psychology experts with advanced academic expertise in child development and developmental psychology to support a project focused on evaluating and improving AI systems.

The role involves reviewing AI-generated content analyzing developmental concepts and providing expert feedback on childrens learning behavior and cognitive and psychosocial development.

No prior AI experience is required.

• Review and annotate data related to child development and developmental psychology.
• Evaluate AI outputs for developmental accuracy relevance and cultural appropriateness.
• Develop and assess scenarios involving childrens learning behavior and development.
• Provide expert feedback to support AI model improvement.
• Contribute to guidelines addressing cognitive linguistic and psychosocial aspects of child development.
• Document findings recommendations and evaluation results clearly.

• PhD in Developmental Psychology Child Development or a closely related field.
• Strong academic or research experience in child development or developmental psychology.
• Experience with research data evaluation or technology-related projects is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote project-based environment.
• Strong written communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is preferred: Japanese French Tagalog Malay Lithuanian Russian Georgian Polish Marathi Bengali Urdu Vietnamese Swahili Mandarin Cantonese Indonesian Turkish Gujarati or Bulgarian.
