• Assist lead teachers with classroom activities and instruction
• Provide individual and small group support to children
• Supervise children in the classroom on the playground and during transitions
• Help maintain a clean organized and safe classroom
• Reinforce classroom routines and positive behavior
• Communicate with families and staff as directed by the lead teacher

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Previous experience working with children (preferred)
• A positive energetic attitude and love for working with kids
• Willingness to learn and grow as part of a team
• Familiarity with child development and classroom safety practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Part-time or full-time opportunities available
