What will you be doing
As an Education Coach your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing educational quality of classrooms staff and equipment in multiple centers
Ensuring compliance with state regulations and BrightPath standards.
Monitoring all learning aspects of daily activities to promote infant toddler preschool and school age development.
Providing classroom-based demonstrations collaborations and one-on-one support to educators.
Working with Center Directors and Area Managers to carry out classroom observations facilitate center wide focus on goals for quality and provide comprehensive professional development opportunities.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
5 years teaching experience
Childcare Mentor/Leadership experience an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Valid state Drivers License and reliable transportation for travel as needed amongst various centers
Must meet state criteria for child care employment
