What Youll Do:
Childcare Bus Driver
- Safely operate the childcare centers bus or vehicle to transport children to and from the center ensuring the well-being of each child during transit.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Strictly adhere to all local state and federal transportation regulations including ensuring that children are secured in appropriate child safety seats and seat belts.
- Emergency Procedures: Be prepared to respond to emergencies during transit including administering first aid if necessary and evacuate children safely in case of accidents.
- Maintain open and clear communication with parents or guardians regarding pick-up and drop-off times and any changes or delays in the schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transportation including attendance mileage and fuel usage.
Assistant Teacher
- Create a warm safe and engaging classroom environment
- Bring learning to life through play-based curriculum
- Support childrens growth confidence and development
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families
- Keep classrooms organized while meeting state standards
- Work alongside a supportive and collaborative team
Who You Are
- High School Diploma or GED ()
- At least two (2) experience in a childcare setting ()
- Clean driving record with no history of accidents or traffic violations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and passion for working with children
- First aid and CPR certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background and health requirements
