ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Therapist at Blackbird Health youll play a vital role in delivering high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children adolescents young adults and their caregivers. Youll build meaningful relationships with patients and families taking the time to understand their needs support engagement in treatment and educate them on therapeutic approaches that foster long-term progress.

Working alongside an interdisciplinary team youll be empowered to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young patients and their families through compassionate evidence-based care.

Were seeking dedicated clinicians to join our Frederick MD team and provide therapy services to children adolescents and young adults ages 226 as well as the caregivers who support them.

Multiple employment tracks are available: youll select your license type and preferred arrangement in the application.

EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS

1099 Contractor LCSWC LCPC LCMFT

Pay: $90-$100 per session

• Minimum 8 hrs/week All Core hours: after 3pm weekdays and/or weekends
• Set your own pace and caseload

W2 Part-Time (20 hrs/week) LCSWC LCPC LCMFT or LMSW

LCSW LPC LMFT Pay: $55000 base $80/session beyond base caseload

LMSW Pay: $40000 base $65/session beyond base caseload

• 20 hours per week (17 direct care hours) All Core hours: after 3pm weekdays and/or weekends
• Benefits: medical dental vision 401(k) with match PTO 11 holidays

W2 Full-Time LCSWC LCPC LCMFT or LMSW (Select Markets & Limited Availability)

Pay: $85000-$90000

• 40 hours per week (32 direct care hours) Minimum of 20 Core hours: after 3pm weekdays and/or weekends
• Full benefits: medical dental vision 401(k) with match PTO 11 holidays life insurance short term and long term disability

WHO YOU ARE

• Active Maryland license: LCSWC LCPC LCMFT or LMSW
• 1 year of experience with children and adolescent patients
• 1 year of telehealth or virtual setting experience
• Available after 3pm ET weekdays and/or weekends
• Passion for family-centered high-touch care
