Are you an experienced Operations leader with a strong background in retail insurance We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team and drive operational excellence at the highest level. This is a unique opportunity for a high-level Account Executive or Operations Manager looking to make a significant impact in the retail insurance industry at the highest level of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the organization ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational capabilities and achieve business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of insurance professionals fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards while identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Analyze operational performance metrics and implement improvements to drive profitability and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set and execute the companys vision and strategic direction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the retail insurance industry with a proven track record in operations management.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Strong understanding of insurance products processes and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction.
