Job Description

• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute the firms operational strategy.
• Lead administrative and operational functions across Finance Human Resources Technology Recruiting and other business units.
• Build coach and hold accountable a high-performing leadership team.
• Develop scalable systems operational processes and organizational infrastructure to support continued growth.
• Establish executive dashboards KPIs and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency profitability and client experience.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
• Ensure compliance with employment legal regulatory and operational requirements.
• Foster collaboration accountability and organizational alignment across the firm.

Qualifications

• 8 years of operational leadership experience.
• Significant experience leading large multi-functional teams.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services organization.
• Bachelors degree required.
• MBA JD or other advanced degree preferred.
• Proven success leading organizational growth operational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong executive leadership communication strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
