Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day company operations across domestic and international teams
• Manage and support client-facing account management functions
• Serve as an escalation point for high-level client relationships and operational issues
• Build improve and document operational systems processes and workflows
• Help scale and manage growing overseas teams
• Develop training programs onboarding processes and performance standards
• Monitor team productivity accountability and operational KPIs
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning and company growth initiatives
• Identify opportunities for automation AI integration and operational efficiencies
• Drive execution across multiple departments while maintaining a strong company culture

Qualifications

• 4 years of operations leadership or management experience
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational execution
• Strong systems-thinking and process improvement ability
• Comfortable managing both people and projects simultaneously
• Tech-savvy with a strong interest in automation and AI tools
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow alongside a company
