The opportunity ahead is dramatically larger than our current team. Our CEO needs a trusted partner to help with product strategy recruiting AI-enabled operations customer success sales and company building.

Thats where you come in. As Chief of Staff youll become the CEOs highest-leverage partnerbringing clarity to complexity turning strategy into execution and helping HealthLeap to scale from an exceptional startup into an industry-defining healthcare company. Youll have a front-row seat to nearly every consequential decision as we build one of healthcares fastest-growing AI companies.

Youll work across nearly every critical function of the business; youll help the companys leaders and their teams run like an all-star Super Bowl team. Youll work with our investors health system CEOs marketing engineering sales clinical and more.

Day one youll be:

• Building an AI-native executive operating system.

• Partnering on the CEOs highest-priority initiatives from fundraising to product launches and strategic planning.

• Creating a structure where none exists then building the systems that allow it to scale.

• Sitting in the room for the companys biggest decisions and ensuring they become a reality.

• Solving whatever is preventing HealthLeap from moving faster.

Please note that while HealthLeap is hybrid the CEO and the Chief of Staff are in person 5 days a week.
