Location: San Francisco CA (100% On-Site 5 Days/Week)

Compensation: $125000 $175000 Base Equity

The Hiring Advisors is currently partnering with the founders of a hyper-growth YC-backed AI startup in San Francisco that is defining how major brands market to autonomous AI agents. Their enterprise platform is driving massive tractionscaling customer lead volume by 40% month-over-month.

The founders move at warp speed and need a Chief of Staff / High-Agency Generalist to serve as their operational co-pilot. Youll take their raw strategic ideas build GTM engines from scratch and turn zero-to-one initiatives into automated repeatable systems.

If you are a resourceful builder who uses modern AI tools (Claude AI agents workflow automations) to multiply your output this is one of the highest-leverage seats in the Bay Area right now.

What Youll Be Doing

• GTM & Outbound Architecture: Own and scale outbound messaging engines run market positioning experiments and compound growth learnings.
• Founder Leverage: Catch high-priority insights from founder/customer conversations and instantly turn them into action items content and execution.
• Special Ops Projects: Take 100% ownership of high-impact ambiguous projects across GTM product initiatives recruiting and operations.
• System Design: Build scalable repeatable processes that convert one-off manual tasks into automated company engines.
• AI Tooling Integration: Utilize cutting-edge AI workflows (Claude Code MCPs custom agents) to automate operational bottlenecks and scale output.

What Were Looking For

• 3 Years in Early-Stage Startups: Cross-functional experience in fast-moving early-stage environments (Series B or earlier). Note: Pure corporate backgrounds will not be a fit here.
• High-Agency Drive: You dont wait for a task list. You spot operational gaps act independently and course-correct on the fly with a do too much mentality.
• GTM Systems Experience: Proven track record building outbound campaigns sales messaging or growth pipelines.
• Fluent in Modern AI Tools: Active experience leveraging AI platforms (Claude Code ChatGPT LLMs) to streamline and automate your personal work.
• Education & Logistics: Bachelors degree from a competitive university. Based in (or relocating to) San Francisco for 100% on-site collaboration. Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship).
