Chief Nursing Officer Opportunity:

• Full-time permanent position
  
• The Chief Nursing Officer oversees the entire systems nursing professional practice and acts as the strategic "right-hand" to the Medical Director.
  
• Chief Nursing Officer develop implements and evaluates nursing standards policies and clinical procedures promoting clinical excellence and high levels of staff engagement
  
• Facilitates opportunities for staff education training and professional development displaying great attention to detail while emphasizing safety and the practice of compassionate care
  

Chief Nursing Officer Qualifications:

• RN license
  
• Masters degree and at least 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare or clinical setting OR Bachelors degree and at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
