Chief Financial Officer

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for driving financial strategy performance and operational discipline. This role will oversee all financial functions including planning accounting reporting capital management and risk oversight while partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

What youll do

• Develop and execute the companys financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives
• Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to support growth profitability and scalability
• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team
• Lead budgeting forecasting and long-range financial planning
• Deliver timely financial reporting dashboards and KPI analysis to support decision-making
• Identify trends risks and opportunities to improve performance
• Oversee accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial statements

• Maintain GAAP compliance and strong internal controls
• Ensure timely monthly quarterly and annual reporting
• Manage cash flow working capital and liquidity strategy
• Evaluate financing options and capital structure optimization
• Support investment decisions and capital allocation strategies
• Identify and mitigate financial operational and compliance risks
• Ensure adherence to regulatory tax and audit requirements
• Strengthen internal control environment
• Partner with department leaders to improve margins efficiency and cost management
• Drive accountability through financial metrics and performance tracking
• Build lead and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team
• Foster a culture of accountability transparency and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 1015 years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Prior experience in a senior financial leadership role (CFO VP Finance or equivalent)
• Strong expertise in FP&A accounting corporate finance and strategy
• Experience in a high-growth product-based or e-commerce-related business preferred
• Strong understanding of financial systems controls and reporting structures
• CPA MBA or equivalent advanced credential preferred

Physical Demands: Sitting: 8-hour work shift. Travel 2 days a week to Haltom City location 3 days a week to White Settlement location.
