Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for leading all financial operations of theorganization and serving as a strategic business partner to executive leadership. The CFO oversees accounting treasury tax budgeting forecasting financial reporting compliance risk management HR and strategic planning
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with company objectives.
Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives capital allocation and businessplanning.
Oversee monthly quarterly and annual financial close processes.
Prepare and present financial statements and performance analyses.
Ensure compliance with GAAP regulatory requirements and tax obligations.
Manage banking lending financing and cash flow activities.
Lead budgeting forecasting and variance analysis processes.
Oversee accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and fixed assets.
Establish and maintain strong internal controls and risk management practices.
Lead audits and serve as primary contact for external auditors.
Develop and mentor finance and accounting staff.
Evaluate financial systems and ERP platforms to improve efficiency.
Support mergers acquisitions due diligence and special projects.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field required.
MBA CPA CMA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
10 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of GAAP financial reporting budgeting forecasting taxation and internal controls.
Excellent leadership communication and strategic planning skills.
