Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive long-term business growth. The CFO will oversee financial planning reporting budgeting compliance cash flow and risk management while serving as a key advisor to the executive team. This role is critical in shaping financial strategy improving performance and supporting informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies that support company growth and profitability

• Lead budgeting forecasting cash flow management and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP

• Oversee accounting tax audits and regulatory compliance

• Build financial models and provide analysis to support strategic initiatives investments and M&A activities

• Manage relationships with auditors banks and regulatory agencies

• Improve financial systems reporting processes and operational efficiency

• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate risks opportunities and business performance

• Lead financial due diligence valuation and integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred)

• 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience including senior executive or CFO-level responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of GAAP financial reporting budgeting forecasting and regulatory compliance

• Experience with financial modeling strategic planning and M&A

• Proficiency in Excel ERP systems and financial reporting tools

• Excellent analytical leadership and communication skills

• Proven ability to influence executive decision-making and drive business results
