Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and oversee all accounting budgeting forecasting audit grant management and financial operations for the organization.

• Full-Time Executive Leadership Position- Monday- Friday 8 to 5
• Salary Range $150000 to $175000 Plus Based on Experience

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations accounting functions and fiscal planning.
• Oversee accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger cash management and financial reporting.
• Develop and manage annual budgets financial forecasts and KPI tracking.
• Prepare financial statements board reports and executive-level financial analyses.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP federal state and local regulations.
• Manage grant and contract finances reporting reconciliations and compliance requirements.
• Direct annual audit preparation and serve as primary liaison with external auditors.
• Oversee billing collections and revenue cycle processes to optimize cash flow.
• Develop and maintain financial policies procedures and internal controls.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning growth initiatives and organizational development.
• Supervise finance department staff and support professional development.
• Ensure organizational assets and financial records are properly maintained and protected.
• Participate as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Onsite Position Only
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial management and accounting leadership.
• Experience with grant administration contract management budgeting and audits.
• Non-profit healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• MBA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership analytical and strategic planning skills.

Preferred Experience

• Behavioral health substance abuse treatment or healthcare industry experience.
• Experience managing multiple funding sources grants and government contracts.
• Track record of improving financial processes and operational efficiencies.
