NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our rapidly expanding restaurant group in San Diego. You will work closely with the executive team to set strategic priorities and ensure financial health while focusing on innovative approaches in the restaurant industry. We offer a competitive salary range of $230000 - $250000 annually along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee financial strategies that align with the companys growth objectives
  • Manage budgeting forecasting and financial performance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
  • Lead fundraising efforts and build relationships with investors and banks
  • Implement effective financial controls and reporting systems
  • Advise on long-term business and financial planning
  • Analyze financial data to drive business strategies and operational improvements
  • Oversee the finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
  • 10 years of experience in financial management preferably in the restaurant industry
  • Proven track record as a Director or Vice President of Finance
  • Exceptional knowledge of corporate finance and capital markets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other executives and departments
