Chief Financial Officer

Direct all fiscal reporting activities including organizational revenue/expense analysis balance sheet reporting stakeholder communications tax returns and financial transparency complianceOversee comprehensive financial operations including budgeting reporting auditing and internal controlsDevelop recommend and implement financial strategies and policies aligned with company objectives and performance targetsPartner with executive leadership and Board of Directors on strategic financial planning and capital allocation decisionsEnsure full compliance with federal state and local financial regulations and audit requirementsSupervise investment strategies direct fundraising initiatives and align financial tactics with sales and business development strategiesProvide strategic counsel on long-term business planning financial forecasting and growth opportunitiesEvaluate and optimize all formal finance-related procedures and systems to enhance operational efficiencyQualifications:Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related fieldMinimum 20 years of progressive financial experienceAt least 10 years in executive leadership positions with P&L responsibilityAdvanced knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practicesDemonstrated expertise in data analysis financial forecasting and modelingProficiency with MS Office suite and financial management/ERP software systemsExceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with publicly traded or private equity-backed companiesBackground in strategic financial planning and merger/acquisition activityBase salary of $100000 to $120000 based on experience.
