Base Salary: $109000-$141000 DOE plus an annual performance incentive opportunity of up to 10% of base salary resulting in total target compensation of approximately $120000-$155000.

For more than 50 years Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership (EICAP) headquartered in Idaho Falls Idaho has empowered individuals families older adults and communities to build stronger more stable futures. Today EICAP employs approximately 120 staff members and serves thousands of residents throughout Eastern Idaho. We are seeking an exceptional leader to build on this strong foundation and guide the organization into its next chapter of service and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Public Administration Human Services Education Sociology Psychology or a related field required.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Significant executive or senior leadership experience in a nonprofit governmental human services community action or similarly complex organization.
• Proven experience in strategic planning financial management workforce leadership community engagement and organizational development.
• Experience working effectively with a governing board and diverse stakeholder groups.
