Main Responsibilities:
- Leads a team of highly motivated Technicians.
- Completes property repairs and manages capital projects with company guidelines.
- Guides and grows team members for future career opportunities.
- Develops and completes the pivotal initiatives for the Engineering department and makes adjustments to the operations in order to meet the strategic goals and interests of Resort Operations
- Ensure that the propertys Emergency Preparedness and Safety Awareness Plan(s) are updated and current at all times.
- Maintains an accurate inventory of operating supplies and ensures that proper purchasing procedures are followed to maintain an adequate supply. Ensures all assets of the department equipment supplies and storage are properly locked and secured.
- Manages relationships contracts compliance and interface issues with the operations business supporters and suppliers to ensure business needs and financial responsibilities are handled in a timely manner
- Performs other related activities as required.
The salary rate for this role is between $70304 to $72000 yearly based on experience
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 3-5Years of engineering experience in hotels or related industry.
- 3-5Years of managerial in the same or similar environment.
- EPA OSHA 10-30 CPO certifications.
- HVAC Electrical plumbing specific.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to write and speak English to comprehend and communicate job functions to engineering staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Flexible Schedule.
