This physically demanding position is essential to the success of our restaurant. Utility Team Members are constantly moving lifting cleaning and supporting both Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure operations run efficiently. Your work directly impacts the guest experience by maintaining a clean organized and safe environment throughout the restaurant.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant including dining areas restrooms kitchen and service areas
• Wash sanitize and properly store dishes utensils trays and kitchen equipment
• Empty trash and recycling containers and maintain waste disposal areas
• Sweep mop and clean floors according to safety and sanitation standards
• Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces and food preparation areas
• Restock cleaning supplies paper goods and operational inventory as needed
• Assist with receiving organizing and storing deliveries
• Support both Front of House and Back of House teams during daily operations
• Follow food safety cleanliness and sanitation procedures at all times
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and additional operational tasks as assigned
• Uphold Chick-fil-A standards policies and appearance guidelines

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous custodial janitorial restaurant or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced physically active environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
• Dependable adaptable and team-oriented
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
