Automotive Technician Up to $5000 Sign-On Bonus

Hunter Automotive Group is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. If you have hands-on experience strong diagnostic skills and take pride in doing quality work we want to hear from you!

Sign-on bonus of up to $5000 based on experience.

What Youll Do

Diagnose & Repair

• Diagnose repair and maintain a variety of customer and dealership vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance as well as more complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Use modern diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information to accurately identify and resolve vehicle concerns.

Quality & Efficiency

• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Perform thorough inspections and identify additional service or repair needs.
• Follow manufacturer procedures and recommended repair guidelines.
• 
  

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Service Advisors to communicate vehicle needs and repair recommendations.
• Provide accurate information to help create a smooth customer experience.
• Work as part of a team to maintain an efficient and productive shop environment.

Safety & Professional Development

• Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
• Stay current with new automotive technology diagnostic equipment and manufacturer procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• 
  

What Were Looking For

• 12 years of main shop automotive technician experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic abilities.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting is a plus.
• ASE certifications and/or manufacturer training are highly preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must have your own professional set of tools.
