• Responsibility for ensuring that B/C level duties are accomplished efficiently and equitably.

• Month-end reconciliation for finished products and packaging materials.

• Assist in writing and updating work instructions and procedures for area.

• Identify problems and inefficiencies.

• Respond to off-shift problems. Able to process off-shift sales orders if Customer Advocate is not available.

• Work closely with all internal customers

• Duties will include processing paperwork interacting with shippers carriers and employees to ship/receive materials accurately and safely.

• Performs all work with highest regard for safety.

• Operation of chemical dispensing processes to properly package chemical products by strictly following protocol to generate quality product.

• Using Fork truck

• Duties will include offloading raw material inventory packaging/ filling trucks and other product containers generating proper paperwork for shipping product labeling and any other shipping/receiving functions

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 1-3 yrs. previous manufacturing / shipping experience preferably in a chemical environment.

• Microsoft Office SAP and Lotus Notes experience is a plus

• CDL is a plus

Schedule M-F: 8:00 - 4:00 pm with OT during week and potentially on weekend
