As the Chef & B you will oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets ensuring exceptional service quality and efficiency. Youll lead and support the F&B team manage budgets streamline processes and uphold brand standards. Your leadership will drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence across the department.

• You will be the driving force behind our hotels dining services ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Your daily tasks will include managing food and beverage staff coordinating daily operations and overseeing budgets and inventory.
• You will report to the General Manager.
• A career as a food and beverage operations manager can lead to opportunities in various management roles within the hospitality industry such as director of food and beverage general manager or even a corporate-level position.

• Prepare cook and present all breakfast menu items according to brand and property standards

• Set up stock and maintain breakfast stations and buffet areas

• Ensure all food is prepared safely and in compliance with health and sanitation guidelines

• Monitor food quality freshness and portion control

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment prep areas and storage spaces

• Assist with inventory receiving and proper food storage

• Communicate effectively with F&B leadership and team members

• Provide friendly attentive service to guests as needed

• Follow all safety sanitation and brand standards consistently

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:

• A combination of education and experience

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays if needed
