Job Summary

The Chat Support / Live Chat Representative serves as the first point of contact for students families and community members through live chat and online messaging platforms. This role provides timely friendly and professional support by answering questions resolving concerns and connecting individuals with the appropriate programs and resources.

Responsibilities

Respond to live chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about Island Grad Inc.s programs services and events.
Assist students families and community members with general questions and support requests.
Resolve routine concerns or escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with internal staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
Perform other chat support and customer service duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
Strong typing and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous customer service or live chat experience is a plus but not required.
