Chat Support Representative II

XP Services Inc is on the lookout for a Chat Support Representative II to join our dedicated team in Tullahoma. In this role you will primarily assist customers through online chat support providing them with timely and accurate information while resolving inquiries related to flight reservations ticket changes and various airline services. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients. Location: United States (Remote)

• Engage with customers via chat to provide assistance and resolve issues
• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding flight reservations and ticketing
• Maintain a high level of customer service in all interactions
• Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary
• Stay informed about company policies and airline regulations
• Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in customer service
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
• Comfortable using chat software and other digital communication tools
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
• A passion for the Airlines/Aviation industry is a plus
