Connect n Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)!
Join our team and support children and families throughout the greater Charlotte area. Were currently hiring for afternoon and early evening cases in Charlotte and surrounding communities.
Choose the community youd like to serve and well work with your availability to build a caseload that fits your schedule. As additional hours become available there may also be opportunities to grow into a full-time daytime schedule.

We provide the training and support you need to grow in the field:
- RBT training provided for candidates who are not yet credentialed
- RBT Certification Support Program

Our current need is primarily for afternoon and early evening availability but part-time team members may have opportunities to transition into full-time schedules as additional hours become available.

- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and accurately record client data
- Support the development of communication social and daily living skills
- Build positive and meaningful relationships with clients and families
- Collaborate with BCBAs families and other members of the clinical team
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have completed the 40-hour RBT coursework be currently enrolled or be willing to complete training provided by Connect n Care ABA
- Must obtain RBT certification within 60 days of client assignment
- Reliable transportation and a valid clear drivers license
- Availability for afternoon and/or early evening hours
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Passion for working with children
- Ability to complete required certifications and training including First Aid
- Ability to pass required background checks including FBI and child abuse clearances
- Work authorization in the United States
This position may require standing walking bending kneeling transitioning with clients lifting materials or items up to approximately 25 pounds and traveling between service locations as applicable.
