Now Hiring: Field Operations Specialist

AirGarage is seeking a reliable detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Field Operations Specialist in Downtown Charleston and surrounding areas.

This role involves patrolling multiple parking lots to ensure compliance cleanliness and ongoing improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Use a mobile app to scan and verify vehicle license plates
• Ticket vehicles that are not in compliance
• Identify and flag vehicles requiring towing based on lot policies
• Perform trash cleanup to maintain lot appearance
• Rehang and install parking signage as needed
• Provide feedback through the app on lot conditions and user experience
• Proactively identify document and report operational safety or maintenance issues to management
• Drive between multiple parking lot locations throughout your shift

Schedule & Availability:

• Shift availability varies between the hours of 6:00 AM 11:00 PM & 7 days a week
• Shifts are typically 6 hours but vary depending on business needs
• Up to 29 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors in any weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• iOS or Android device with basic smartphone proficiency
• Prior experience in customer service security enforcement or facilities maintenance is a plus but not required
