- Onshore Cerner Technical Consultant must have experience in performing AMS support for large healthcare including SLA & KPI based delivery ITIL SCRUM based Operations and project delivery experience. Strong Cerner Functional Breadth preferred experience in Delivery Role with Large US Healthcare
Core functional domains:
- Registration / ADT
- Charge Services / Patient Accounting
- Clinical modules (FirstNet CareAware Nursing)
- Ancillaries (PathNet RadNet Pharmacy at least dependency level)
- Core Security (access roles audits)
- AMS Operations & ITIL
- Incident Problem Change Request (ITIL v3/v4)
- P1/P2 management and RCA ownership
- SLA/SLO tracking and reporting
- Knowledge deflection and incident trend reduction
- On call / after hours coverage model
- Security Access & Compliance Awareness
Resolution of Incidents and Service Requests (RITM) preparing and presenting RCAs and problem and Knowledge Management.
