What You Will Do
As a nurse you will focus on responding to others priorities regarding safety physical and psychological needs while paying close attention to maintenance of comfort and human emotion during health and illness while providing safe patient care.
The charge nurse role will support and actively participate in shared governance/councils which is THRs structure for decision making. This role directly assists leadership on a particular unit or units and shift by offering staff guidance and support.
