The Charge RN leads and coordinates patient care by assessing planning implementing and evaluating nursing practices in alignment with established standards. Serves as a clinical resource and supports high-quality patient outcomes.Position Details:
SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE
10000 Sign On Bonus for full-time RNs
with at least 1 year of experience
NO CONTRACT
Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN Diploma or BSN)
- Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state or compact state required
- Certifications:
- BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire
- Additional certifications may be required based on unit including: ACLS PALS NRP TNCC ENPC OCN CPHON PEARS S.T.A.B.L.E. C-EFM or other unit-specific credentials
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Prolonged standing and walking
- Frequent bending reaching kneeling twisting and squatting
