Charge Nurse, Medical Surgical

• Full-time permanent position
  
• Schedule: Night Shift; three 12-hour shifts
  

• Oversee daily operations of the med-surg unit ensuring safe staffing patient flow coordination and adherence to clinical standards
  

• Provide leadership to nursing staff by supporting clinical decision-making resolving unit issues and ensuring high-quality patient care delivery
  

Charge Nurse Qualifications:

• New Mexico or Compact RN License required
  
• 2 years of clinical nursing experience
  
• Previous Charge nurse or nurse leadership experience preferred
