Location: Brewster Washington
Pay Rate: $60/hr $63/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift 7:00 AM 7:30 PM; rotating days may include some weekends
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Experience: Minimum 2 years
EMR: CPSI/Evident

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse for a quick-start contract opportunity in Brewster WA. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader with Med/Surg Ortho and Emergency Room experience who can support patient care supervise nursing staff and maintain smooth unit operations during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site nursing leadership and supervision during assigned shifts

• Support safe high-quality patient care across the unit

• Interpret and apply hospital policies for staff patients families and providers

• Delegate tasks appropriately and support team accountability

• Assist with conflict resolution staff mentoring and daily problem-solving

• Serve as a professional role model and support positive team performance

Requirements

• Active Washington Registered Nurse License required

• Previous Med/Surg Emergency Room and Charge Nurse experience required

• ACLS BLS/BCLS and PALS required

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required

• Ability to work rotating days weekends as needed and holiday coverage
