Were seeking aSpiritual Care Coordinatorwho brings compassion presence and professionalism to every interaction.

What Youll Do

As our Spiritual Care Coordinator youll:

• Offer direct spiritual support to clients and families tailored to their individual beliefs and traditions.
• Join our interdisciplinary team (IDT) to help ensure holistic care.
• Assist with memorial services and provide grief support.
• Build community partnerships with local clergy care facilities and outreach groups.
• Serve as a comforting presence in times of transitionbringing peace guidance and hope.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Graduate of a seminary or school of theologyor equivalent spiritual care experience.
• Experienced with end-of-life ministry chaplaincy or hospice care.
• Deeply respectful and knowledgeable of diverse religious and spiritual perspectives.
• A clear communicatorboth in writing and in conversation.
• Emotionally present compassionate and adaptable in emotionally sensitive situations.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.

• Offer after-hours or weekend support when needed.
• Educate local clergy and community members about hospice spiritual care.
• Help build a network of spiritual partners in the area.
