A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Chancery Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Wilmington office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing sophisticated corporate clients in complex Delaware corporate governance and business litigation matters.

46 years of Delaware Chancery litigation commercial litigation or corporate litigation experience gained at a sophisticated law firm

Experience litigating matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery

Experience handling shareholder disputes breach of fiduciary duty claims corporate governance matters and other complex business disputes

Experience with commercial litigation and securities litigation is a plus

Experience managing all phases of litigation including pleadings discovery depositions motion practice hearings and trial preparation

Strong legal research writing analytical and oral advocacy skills

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage sophisticated litigation matters

Experience appearing before the Delaware Court of Chancery Superior Court Supreme Court or the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware is preferred

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Active Delaware bar admission required

Chambers-ranked Delaware Chancery litigation practice

Exposure to sophisticated shareholder fiduciary duty and corporate governance disputes
