Colorado Host Home Provider Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Own or rent a safe stable home that meets Colorado Host Home certification standards
- Pass required criminal background checks
- Complete required training and certification prior to providing services
- Be able to provide a supportive healthy and inclusive home environment
