Schedule
Day Shift: 7:00 AM 5:30 PM or 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
On-call opportunities available (optional and can be discussed with the manager)

Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support surgical services in a fast-paced operating room environment. The ideal candidate will have recent operating room experience strong sterile technique knowledge and the ability to assist surgeons and nursing staff during a variety of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare operating rooms with surgical instruments supplies and sterile equipment.
Maintain sterile field throughout surgical procedures.
Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons during procedures.
Assist with patient positioning preparation and transport.
Perform surgical counts according to facility protocols.
Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are functioning properly.
Assist with room turnover and preparation for subsequent procedures.
Follow infection prevention and patient safety standards.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons nurses and surgical team members.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of recent Certified Surgical Technologist experience.
General Surgery experience preferred.
Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential preferred.
Current AHA BLS Certification.
Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation sterile technique and operating room procedures.
