Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule: Weekdays (7:30am - 4pm)

Compensation: Starting at $20.00/hr commensurate based on years of experience

Banner Physical Therapy is actively seeking a passionate and driven Strength & Conditioning Specialist to join our team! In this role you will be working in the Phoenix Fire Department Health Center. Manage fitness files and do orientation for new athletes/staff.
Supervise fitness facility and associate areas.
Ensure safety measures are in place and safety education/practices are enforced.
Keep all records secured and instituted such as daily sign-in fitness charts team conditioning regimes & schedules etc.
Develop strength and conditioning programs for athletes non-athletes coaches teams and institute staff.
Ensure continuous consistent care with the athletic trainer and other medical providers associated with the facility.
Maintain disinfectant spray bottles in the gym for athletes.
Secure facility at the end of the day.

• Bachelors degree required preferably in sports medicine or exercise science
• Certification as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist or close to completion
