Mullinax Ford of Olympia is growing!

As one of the areas busiest Ford dealerships we are expanding our service department and have recently added six new service bays to support our continued growth. We are seeking motivated professional technicians who take pride in their work and want to build a successful career in a fast-paced high-volume shop.

• Diagnose repair and maintain Ford vehicles according to manufacturer standards
• Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs
• Maintain Ford certification requirements and training

• Diagnose and repair all makes and models
• Perform inspections maintenance and reconditioning services
• Prepare vehicles to meet dealership quality standards

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Desire to learn grow and succeed in a busy service environment
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ford certifications are preferred for Ford technician positions
• Previous automotive technician experience is preferred
