Schedule: Full-Time 11:00 AM 7:00 PM
Pay Range: $43.63 - $71.99 per hour ($90750 - $149739 annually)
Sign-On Bonus: $10000

Overview

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA) to support surgeons during operative procedures and help deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

This role is ideal for an experienced surgical professional who thrives in the operating room and is skilled in assisting with exposure hemostasis wound closure and other critical intraoperative functions.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in a healthcare-related field
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical First Assistant program
• One of the following:
• Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA)
• Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
• Nurse Practitioner with surgical certification
• Minimum 2 years of surgical experience required
• Scrub experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during operative procedures
• Provide exposure hemostasis tissue handling and wound closure
• Support robotic laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures
• Prepare surgical fields instruments and patients preoperatively
• Participate in postoperative care documentation and patient assessments
• Collaborate closely with surgeons anesthesia providers nurses and surgical technologists
