Location: Cleveland Ohio Primarily on-site with minimal flexibility offering close collaboration with our team and clients.

Job Description

• Prepare and review federal state and local tax returns for individuals corporations partnerships and other business entities.
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting accounting records.
• Perform general ledger analysis reconciliations and month-end accounting activities.
• Research tax issues and respond to tax notices and client inquiries.
• Provide proactive tax planning and financial guidance to clients.
• Build strong long-term relationships through exceptional client service.
• Ensure compliance with current tax laws accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality client solutions while managing multiple engagements and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting.
• 3 years of accounting and tax preparation experience.
• Experience preparing individual partnership and corporate tax returns.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Outlook and standard accounting software.
• Excellent communication analytical organizational and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
