As the Licensed Optician you will help create an outstanding patient experience by providing professional optical services from frame selection through final dispensing.

Responsibilities include:

• Interpret prescriptions written by Optometrists and Ophthalmologists.
• Recommend frames based on each patient’s prescription lifestyle and preferences.
• Educate patients on lens materials coatings and specialty lens options.
• Measure pupillary distance (PD) segment heights and frame alignment.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Active New York Optician License (Required)
• Previous experience working as an Optician
• Strong customer service and communication skills
