As a PRN COTA youll play an essential hands-on role in delivering meaningful care and helping residents achieve their personal goals. You will:

• Carry out individualized OT treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist

• Provide creative functional interventions that support mobility ADLs and quality of life

• Communicate progress and observations to the OT to ensure optimal outcomes

• Document treatment notes accurately and efficiently

• Collaborate with a warm interdisciplinary team that values your voice and clinical insight

• Step in as needed to support weekday or weekend PRN coverage

This is a chance to make a real differenceevery shift every patient every interaction.

• Graduate of an accredited COTA program

• Valid Iowa COTA license

• Flexibility for PRN scheduling needs

• A heart for serving older adults

• Experience in rehab long-term care or acute care is greatbut not required
