What Youll Do

• Provide home health occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain independence
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
• Be the best part of someones day!

What Youll Need

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Basic comfort with technology - email texting EMR systems (training provided)

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience qualifications and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
