Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients functional independence in daily living activities
- Document patient progress session notes and care plan updates accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team including OTs PTs SLPs and nursing staff
- Support discharge planning and recommend adaptive equipment or home modifications as appropriate
Requirements
Must-Have
- Active state COTA licence - California current and in good standing
- CPR/BLS certification - current
- Minimum 1 year COTA experience in a post-acute or rehabilitation setting
- Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) credential
