Location: Portland OR 97225
Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)
Schedule: Night Shift 3x12 hours (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)

A reputable healthcare facility is seeking a skilled Certified OB Tech to support Labor & Delivery operations. The ideal candidate will assist clinical staff in maintaining a safe sterile and efficient environment while ensuring high-quality patient care.

• Maintain sterile field using proper aseptic techniques
• Assist in Labor & Delivery procedures and patient care
• Ensure accurate equipment documentation
• Follow isolation precautions and proper use of PPE
• Adhere to sharps safety protocols
• Handle and label specimens correctly
• Follow Universal Protocol (Time-Out) procedures
• Support nursing and clinical teams as needed

• Labor & Delivery unit

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong understanding of sterile techniques
• Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols
• Attention to detail in documentation and specimen handling
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
