Description:

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes. We have part-time full-time and per diem positions available.

This position requires caregivers who are confident dependable and committed to providing high-quality person-centered care in a home setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care including bathing dressing grooming and toileting assistance.
• Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands as needed.
• Monitor client safety and report any changes in condition.
• Support clients with Alzheimers disease dementia and other age-related conditions while promoting dignity and independence.

Requirements:

• Caregiving experience required.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Active car insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience with redirection safety monitoring and behavioral support is preferred.
• Reliable professional and calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to respect client privacy and maintain a professional presence in the home.
