As a CNA youll provide hands-on care and support that helps residents live with dignity comfort and as much independence as possible. Youll:
- Provide direct care based on each residents individual needs and plan of care.
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing dressing grooming mobility meals and personal care.
- Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team.
- Support resident safety comfort dignity and independence.
- Document the care you provide.
- Work alongside nurses and other team members to provide consistent resident-centered care.

You bring patience compassion dependability and respect for the people who depend on you. You notice the little things understand that every resident is different and take pride in helping someone have a better day.
Youll also bring:
- Completion of a Pennsylvania state-approved CNA training and competency program.
- Active listing on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry free of abuse or misconduct findings.
- Experience providing personal care; long-term care experience is preferred.
- The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position and safely assist residents with their care and mobility.
- A team approach and willingness to communicate help and be someone others can count on.

Required Experience:
Junior IC
