As a CNA youll provide hands-on care and support that helps residents live with dignity comfort and as much independence as possible. Youll:

• Provide direct care based on each residents individual needs and plan of care.
• Assist with daily living activities including bathing dressing grooming mobility meals and personal care.
• Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team.
• Support resident safety comfort dignity and independence.
• Document the care you provide.
• Work alongside nurses and other team members to provide consistent resident-centered care.

Youll also bring:

• Completion of a Pennsylvania state-approved CNA training and competency program.
• Active listing on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry free of abuse or misconduct findings.
• Experience providing personal care; long-term care experience is preferred.
• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position and safely assist residents with their care and mobility.
• A team approach and willingness to communicate help and be someone others can count on.
